| Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit card or by cheque. |

| All credit card numbers are transmitted via a 128bit encrypted secure connection (note the padlock at the bottom of your browser when ordering) to SecPay Secure Servers. |
| This encrypted form of data is then sent to us for processing and is only de-crypted after it reaches our computer. The card details are not held in clear text on any website. |
| Even so, if you are unhappy or uncomfortable about sending your details electronically, you may telephone us or post your order to us. |
| Dispatch of goods or services will only be carried out once full and cleared payment has been received for the same. |
| We reserve the right to alter or amend specifications and prices without notice. However, we will NOT increase prices on orders already submitted. |
| All prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of VAT. |
| Carriage and Handling |
| All prices exclude delivery to mainland UK excluding Highlands, Islands, Ireland and the rest of the world, where applicable, and provided the order is placed before 3:00pm, we will try to endevour to make delivery the next working day. An extra charge will be made for next day delivery to Highlands, Islands, Ireland and the rest of the world. |
| Returns & Cancellation Policy |
Harley Street Skin Care.co.uk Ltd has the following "no quibble" cancellation / returns policy:-
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, providing you have not used the product and we have been notified within 7 days of purchase, we shall refund all monies paid less a returns charge to cover the cost of carriage and restocking. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all instructions and parts. |

If your purchase is damaged or found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, we will of course replace the item at our own expense or give a full refund at no cost to you. This is subject to Harley Street Skin Care.co.uk Ltd being satisfied that the damaged had been caused during transit and that it had been signed for "as damaged" upon receipt or faulty workmanship and is not the result of customer abuse . |
| Should an order be placed and then cancelled, a charge of 2.5% will be levied to cover administration costs. |
| This does not affect your statutory rights. |
| Animal Testing Policy |
As a company we do not condone animal testing and have a policy of no animal testing on finished products. We are currently reviewing our 'cut off' period for materials which we buy in as many ingredients have been around for many years and have previously been subject to testing. This will allow us to avoid any recently tested ingredients and help to dissuade suppliers from considering testing in the future.
